Corporate Design for an »Innovation Lab« for the AOK Germany requiring a vast range of applicability and possibility. In charge of the core concept independently, the design for one of the two biggest Health Insurances in Germany is an intuitive, adaptable and energetically dynamic organism that will be multiplied in several locations and hopefully last for quite a long time.

‍"An incredibly courageous project for a health insurance institution, which should bring the company fresh impulses from its own employee level. The guidance system identifies the individual zones, but is not rigid, but associative - and thus corresponds to the idea of creating a culture of open thinking," is the reasoning of the jury of the Focus Open, which awarded silver to the guidance system for the AOK Baden-Württemberg.

The guidance system enables a higher-level and intuitive spatial experience by taking up the basic function of this idea: a living organism. A system of movement. One that reproduces itself steadily - in variation, in stratifications, branches, overlays, connections. Therefore: Five organic shapes with five colours for the five values as a transparent canon. There is an activator around which everything modulates and moves.
